hspice tsmc model files

Hi,
Can anyone upload TSMC/SMIC 0.18u/0.25u/0.35u HSPICE model files.

Please contact your professor or tsmc foundry
It can't be redistributed without restriction
 

you can find it on MOSIS website.
www.mosis.org
go to electrical parameter part. they had it for each run.
 

you can get it from the tsmc, but there will be a keeping secret confer between you.
 

you should contact tsmc, because i is different for diffenent version,and you would get different result.
