Hi everyone,

I need a transistor for DBS with a gain=18dB and NF<1dB.
But the best transistor that I found is NE3210S01 with gain=13.8dB
I need to design a amplifier with one stage.

Please, can you help me?
Thanks.

What is your freq band? You can search in Hittite, Mini-Circuits, etc.

You are very unlikely to find anything with that gain at that frequency, and if you did you would struggle to keep it stable.

18dB is too much for that frequency, instead 2 stages should be used in cascade..
