Hi everyone,
I have got an issue with my Toshiba Satellite P200 screen. It has got a horizontal black line like 1 or 2 pixels width over the entire screen. Would actually replacing the screen will fix the problem? Please note that the line initially started to be intermittent, appearing and disappearing, when white when black. The video card functions perfectly and no other issue I have with the computer.
Thank you very much for you attention and answers.

Re: Laptop Display Issue

since this problem is intermittent ,there are chances that this is a software problem...as a first step, upgrade your drivers to the lastest.....even after that if u face this problem then think on the replacement

Re: Laptop Display Issue

Thanks dll_fpga. I will try with the drivers first. One question I would dare to ask. The laptop has an LCD display, can be replaced with an LED display the same size?
Cheers,

Re: Laptop Display Issue

I dont think the older motherboards support LED displays....
