Hi Everybody,

I have a Toshiba Quattro 38" RPTV, it has no picture at all. When the set is turned on the red power light comes on, there is a brief pause then the green timer LED starts flashing. (green LED flashing and red power LED on).
The cooling fan is OK, a bit noisy but OK.
Not long ago the globe was changed.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
