2,how to set the operation voltage in the power analyze?

3, how can give me a script for exapmle ,the template in the synopsys is too simple

I dont think you have to set voltage, the voltage is included in your library db file.
and if your design is based on standard cell , simple script is OK

1. Use Debussy in the Primepower
2. Your libraries will have this info. So dont bother
3. Not sure if I understood the question

2. set_waveform_options -format fsdb ...
3. calculate_power ...

on entering Cntrl+c 3 times..primepower gets termintated.
