To make this clock, pcb plates of own construction, program on Atmega16 in Bascom and mechanic construction had to be made.
Each letter on the clock has to be light separately, so more than 160 diodes were used in the construction. It gives a pretty well looking effect.
The front panel was made on engraving machine in the following way: plexiglass and several layers of spray paint and the engraving in a mirror after drying.
The clock can be set by two buttons of minutes and hours. The clock is powered by 12 VDC power supply then on LM7805. The diodes were to be powered by 12 VDC, but when they were on that tension (with the resistor, of course), the letters dazzled in the eye, so you couldn't look at the clock.
