teltronic p2500

Is it possible to convert a TELTRONIC P-2500-F1 commercial radio into a VHF 2m band amateur radio convering from 134.000MHz up to 174.000MHz?

It all depend on the PLL section wether we can modify it. If it is locked with a crystal, we can use other crystals which result in the Ham frequencies and if the PLL is digitally programmable, you need to have an acess for a proper programming tool which can program the required frequencies and in both the cases,we'll require to tune all the RX and TX coils with an oscilloscope to match the new frequencies.
