Telephone Supervisor "Ringing is not detected"

i have build a project of "Telephone Supervisor" published in dec-2005
it working perfectly and fine ..
but i am facing only one problem is that the ringing is not detected by it..
i think there is something standered problem ( AS I AM FROM INDIA) or not sufficient ringning voltage at across ild250(opto)..
kindly guide me ..what modification or changes i should do(can i decrese the R2,R5,R10) ..

You may try to add 3rd diode to all voltage clamping circuits ..
D1+D2+ one more
D3+D4 + one more .. and so on ..
It is possible that the IL250's Vf is above, or close to, voltage clamped by 2x1N4148 ..
So, add one more .. and try again ..
