Just start to work in an IC company for digital design works. Any suggestion for a starter?

A “starter“? Do you mean a beginner?

1) Listen to the experienced people.
2) Ask questions.
3) Make mistakes.
4) Blame other people for your mistakes.

if you're working for a digital design house, its likley they have software
don't re-invent the wheel

as for Barry's 4 line items, 1 and 2 are good ideas
#3 - its okay to make mistakes - its not okay to make them intentionally - learning from the mistakes is the real goal
#4, not so much - blaming someone else gives you a bad name, if not immediately, fairly soon

#5 Have a sense of humor.
