SOS!!!! Antenna design

Hi,everyboday! I want to design a antenna,the keywords about the antenna are:
1)waveguide slot ,2)shaped-beam ,3)unequal power divider
I heared of there is an artical about it on IEEE ,but I can't find it!
Who can help me out? Wish someone give me some advice about it! and I'm very glad if anyone can offer some information to me !

for waveguide slot antnnas ther's a paper in Microwave and optical technology letters in 2001-2003 pl. check out.if u want i can sedn its copy to you
for shaped beam using slot waveguide i have not seen any paper
