hi,all. i read some papers and met some questions,hope to get your help. the questions are as follows:
1. 'While at high-SNR regime the main challenge is to use the degrees of freedom efficiently, energy efficiency becomes an important measure in the low-SNR regime.'
2. 'in the low-SNR regime we are not limited by the degrees of freedom'.
i can not understand these sentences meaning. can anybody explain why in high SNR is limited by DOF and in low SNR is limited by the energy efficiency.
Any help will be praise worthy.
