Is there any problem in using a 24 volt 10 A solar lead acid battery charger as a normal battery charger
if I remove the solar panel and replace it with a 24 volt 10 A smps or transformer?

Hi,

I´m not sure.
The problem I see is, that a solar panel acts like a "current source" while an SMPS acts like a "voltage source".
At least MPPT may get confused.
