When you type 1234*5678 you say him to change password from 1234 to 5678. If you do that now password is 5678 not 1234. Dont change initial password, do that later, first to make this to work.

"Initially the password is 1234 and can be changed by the user. Then, checks if the next character is the "*" (star). This symbol means: "Change the password with the following 4 numbers or letters"."

With first 1234*5678 you changed password to new 5678 then you try to se status with old password 1234 Status and he didnt accept because password is incorrect, you must use new password 5678 Status.

Dear tpetar I have to send 5678 Relay1=1 Relay2=0 Relay3=1 Relay4=1 Status but no response My dout max 232 side I have to send the diagram 7th thread please check that

5678 Status

Put 10uF instead of 1uF what you have now. Use capacitors at least 16V.

On pin 6 of MAX232 check polarity of cap, + goes to Gnd.

And put 100nF instead 1uF on Vcc-Gnd (this cap is on Pin16-Vcc)

MAX232 pins 13 and 14 are RS232 level and 11 and 12 pins are TTL level, that is ok.

Check MAX232 pin 15 that have connection to Gnd.

Yes I have to connected 10uf 25v
yes pin 6 max 232 polarity of cap correct as u sayed
I did not connect cap (pin16 -vcc to gnd) NOW I WILL CONNECT IT
MAX 232 pins 13, 14 gose to rs232 and 11,12 pins gose to uc
max 232 pin 15 perfectely connected gnd
BUT my problam
when I have to connect LED 13,14 pins rs232 side(MAX232) It was glowing but 11,12 pins are not glowing LED and didn't getting voltage

on 7805 you use capacitors before and after.

Did you measure voltage on max232 and 2313 ? voltmeter say 5v?

If any problem to At commends side? why because AT+CPMS="SM" ONLY I am not getting "ME"

I am sorry tpetar I am creating very head eke to you?

No its no problem for brainstorming

I dont have complete list of AT commands for that modem, but this should be support.

Try to link CTS and RTS. This will give hardware handshaking... pins 7 and 8.

Thank's I have to send 27th thread that is my modem present commends and I also don't have especially AT commends for that modem only

Do you have another ATTiny2313 to try ?

---------- Post added at 18:08 ---------- Previous post was at 18:05 ----------

Did you check quartz 4MHz and 22pF ? Capacitors are connected and linked to gnd with one side ?

---------- Post added at 18:09 ---------- Previous post was at 18:08 ----------

ATTiny pin 10 go to Gnd ?
