Dear All,
I have problem of life up my SIM5218E module. I have attached the schematic please someone can help me to check it.
I have brought a few SIM5218E modules and it does not respond after power is up. Following is the condition list:
- Accessory = Connected antenna for Sub antenna RF and insert SIM card
- VBAT = 3V9 (after regulated supply)
- RESET pin = HI
- GPIO1 (status LED) = permanent HI when power up which means the external LED is always ON
- GPIO4 (flight mode) = 2k2 pull high 3V9
- POWER_ON = Normally Open. Pull LOW for 1sec to startup the module but seem like no respond from GPIO1 (status LED).
- VREG_AUX = 0.5V when supply VBAT 3.9V
With above condition I try to send the AT command via Teraterm and UART with baudrate 115200 setting but no respond.
