SFP transceivers

Hi everyone,
With respect to the SFP transceivers can you please clarify the following

a) Does SFP transceivers that support 56 Kbps, 64 Kbps and 2 Mbps are available. If so can you please suggest the part numbers

b) What is the difference in power consumption between the modules operating at the above mentioned speeds and the devices operating at 10 Mbps and 100 Mbps speeds

c) If I want to interface a 100 Mbps SFP transceiver, what is the rate at which I should send the differential signals so that the SFP transceiver can operate at 100 Mbps i.e can I connect a Fast Ethernet SFP transceiver to a controller who is transmitting the data at 100 Mbps speed or should the controller transmit the data at a higher data rate

Thanks in advance
