Our client ,a leading technology company specializing in networking products, is seeking a senior technical writer.
Location of assignment: Remote, EST or GMT time zone
Duties:
Work with subject matter experts to create documentation
Work closely with technical and business SME's to obtain the information required to produce easy-to-understand work instructions and troubleshooting guidelines.
Create and follow style, process, and production guidelines.·
Facilitate reviews with key stakeholders and obtain formal approval
Skills:
Experience working in DITA environment- 4+ years essential
Excellent knowledge of Networking
Experience working as part of a remote, international team
Ability to condense complex topics into simple visuals and text for non-technical audiences
Proven ability to collaborate with SME's from cross-functional teams and lead review meetings
Proven ability to come up to speed with minimal supervision and to work independently
