Hi,
Sorry for asking this question again. Because I still have some questions about it.

I'm designing the RX front-end which has single-ended input (@2.4GHz) and differential output (@dc - ~1MHz). Initially, I'm planing to use the instrumentation amplifier as a output buffer for the measurement but its bandwidth is low and the noise contribution from this amplifier is quite large. (I'm looking at AD8253 INA from Analog Device). Are there any other appropriate ways to connect the differential output to the measurement instrument which has a single-ended input, especially for the noise measurement?

Thank you so much in advance.
