rtslib6701 for compiling codes related to tms320c6713

I am going to work on chassing's book examples to program tms320c6713. I use code composer 3.1 and I don't find "rts6701.lib" in corresponding directories. I need it to compile the examples correctly. Could anyone help me to download it? Is there a way other than using rtslib6701? Can I program TMS320c6713 without it?

You need to have library file for TMS320C6713 but I am afraid thats not the file which you require to run the project. You should look for rts6700 at this path C:\CCStudio_v3.1\C6000\cgtools\lib, your working directory might be change but rest of the path is same.
