I'll suggest you to make some search trough the TIBBO web site, actually I'm using the EM200 module to make a TCP/IP to RS232 conversion from my existent application and the Ethernet 10/100 baseT lan network, of course with this module you need to put around the Ethernet transformer and the connector. If you're looking for a total embedded solution you can refer to the EM202 module.
