so what i get is:
1. use timer 1. enable interrupt for timer 1 in PIE1 register and in INTCON register.
2. set the TMR1ON to start the timer. Use internal clock with 0 prescale value.
3. load 0x0000 in timer count value, increment by 0x0100 on every interrupt in ISR. and complement the GPIO RC3.
Also consider the inputs from Switches.
