Reset router every time i start my pc

i just bough TP LINK usb wifi..im using window vista..my router brand is INNACOM.. after i setup my connection at my pc..it work properly..but everytime i start my pc i need to reset my router too, after that i can connect to internet..if not, my connection is error..how can i solve it?
