power amplifier matlab

Hi,

I am looking for some matlab code that could model
the behaviour of HPA (AM/AM, AM/PM) with OFDM signal.

Thank you.

Hi, rs!

Is using Matlab a condition?
I suppose MWO can do this task much simper...

Cheers

matlab sspa

Hi Eirp,

MAtlab is not a condition, but the main problem is that
i'm working on a precorrection algorithm and I think that
it woul be nice to have everything under the same environment.
Anyway let me know your opinion.

saleh matlab twt

it will depend on the method which you want to use. such as DPD,EER, feed forward. mainly is the adjust the LUT. If you have some detail demand, let me know. happy to discuss the HPA problem.

digital amplifier matlab

Maybe you can use saleh mode.Or Volterra series to build this mode?
Search in google, can get some papers.

Thank you all for these hints.
I have found the infos I was looking for.

matlab program for hpa

use saleh equation for phase and amplitude to model the nonlinear HPA and then use volterra series to identify the system.

Note that the HPA modelled using saleh equations hasnt got memory, whereas volterra series have memory.

sspa nonlinearity model matlab

I have recenlty read that you can also use a SSPA (solid state power amplidier) in OFDM. The SSPA is smaller in size but less power efficient then TWT (travelling wave tube). The other thing you can do, is to cascade several SSPA to get the same power efficiency as TWT. OFDM systems usually use SSPA.

Hope this helps
