Recommend me ASIC with following functions

Hi gurus,

Anybody got any ASIC to recommend with the following functions :

1. with 1x USB interface (preferably 2.0)
2. able to interface with hardisk semelessly (preferably with IDE controller)
3. Ethernet interface 100Mbps
4. A few GPIO for reset button and a probably 3~4 for LED indication
5. Power not an issue as it's running off AC/DC adapter
6. Passive cooling -> no fan

Lastly, hopefully, somewhere on the net, Linux has been ported to that platform or reference board.

So far, I have only came across the following ASIC that seems to meet the specification.
