Hi,

you can get it by Dc operating point simulation. after you DC simulation do in ADE:
results--print--Dc operating point; and then select the transistor you want.
Rds is yhe parameter Ron.

Usaully Rds mean mos resistence when it is in triode region?Why would you want to know Rds of mos in weak inversion(subthreshold)?
