RC extraction using Star-RCXT !!!

After DRC, LVS with Calibre I would do RC extraction using Star-RCXT. Because of my first trial, I don't know about it.
Are there another needed file except ***.gds?

Where can I find the tutorial about RC extraction using Star-RCXT?

You can run Herculus first ,and get a milkway data ,and then run star-rcxt.

For RC Extraction, except gds file you should have the library for the metal, via etc for extracting RC components.

Hi,

else for above list you need prepare itf file or .nxtgrd file for rc extraction model.
If you use itf file, you need use "nxtgrd" command to translate itf file to .nxtgrd file.

Apart from this .nxtgrd file you should have the mapping file also.
