Question about the SNR of WiFi

Hi,
I am getting a bit confused about wifi's SNR. If we consider Tx Power to be -10dB (as stated by most manufacturers) and noise floor to be -130dB (using N=KTB with T=300K and B=20MHz), then SNR turns out to be -10-(-130) = 120dB, which is quite enormous. Can anybody point out what I am stupidly missing here?!

I am talking abt the 802.11b, which is DSSS and the transmitted signal has be to below noise level (which is the whole point of CDMA). Then, how come the Tx power can be -10dB?!
