when we apply a increasing voltage over the gate of n mos transistor then at a perticular voltage transistor is on i.e. channel is formed between drain and source.
For formation of channel from where these electron come. i mean they come from bulk or source. if they come from bulk then on applying a + vsb how vt increase while it should decrease because deletion region formed by body bias.
??

Re: thresold voltage

i think threshold voltage decreases when we reverse bias the source body terminal i.e positive Vsb.....
