Hi everyone,
When I read the 4th edition of digital communication by Proakis,
I can't figure out "a linear representation for CPM signal with (4.3-73)".
I am so confused to math technique of 4.3-73. (How to derive the equation?)
Hope someone can help me.

Thank very much.
