Query about GM 862-gps - How a python script can burn on it

Hi Every1!
I am using a telit product GM 862-gps. I know that a python script can burn on it but how it can burn??? Tell me the hardware design........

I have studied whole the document. One more thing i want to ask that can we burn a python script using serial interface i.e. Using RTS, CTS, Rx and Tx?
