Qs on analyzing digital signal

Sorry, but i need to know. Are there any commercial available software that can be used to analyse digital signal?

If not, can someone advice me what equipment , software is needed to analyse D.S.

It depends on what you mean by "analyzing" the signal. For a generic one, most guys here use matlab, with lots of toolboxes available. You can use the open-source equivalent called octave too.
