Proteus model for JHD12864E

Hi,

I am in need of proteus model for JHD12864E. I can't seem to find it anywhere on google.

The JHD12864E employs a controller chipset which is compatible with the KS0108 chipset.

Therefore, you can substitute any of the GLCDs with 128x64 resolution and the KS0108 controller chipset:

Under Optoelectronics:Graphical LCDs

Ampire 128x64
LGM12641BS1R

Interfacing KS0108 based 128×64 Graphical LCD with AVR MCU, using a JHD12864E GLCD.

Thank You for your reply. But JHD has 20 pins and these have 18 pins.. So how do I make them work similarly ?

There are in fact versions of all KS0108 Compatible GLCDs with 20 pins.

The pins #19 and #20 are actually the LCD Backlight and have nothing to do with the GLCD KS0108 Controller, which is why they are not included in the Proteus models.

If you had examined the link that was provided in the previous post, you would have seen the JHD12864E GLCD pinout which details this fact.
