hello everyone
actually i have a Proteus design for traffic light and i want the led-red for 2s which is come out from first output of 74161, and each of yellow and green for 2s which come out of second outputs. and my voltage is 5 and other things you can see in the pic. so after i run the design and push button only red light turned on and other led wouldn't(as you can see it in second pic).
please give me some hint to solve the problem.
