Hello friends, I set up two boards, for prototype with the PIC18F46K22, one recorded normally .... The other presents this error:

In PICKIT3 Software / Hardware
Programming Failed at Program memory 0x000002

In PICKIT3 Hardware and MPLAB IPE
Programming ...
The following memory area (s) will be programmed:
program memory: start address = 0x0, end address = 0x2f7f
configuration memory
program memory
Address: 0 Expected Value: 4b Received Value: 0
Failed to program device
Target Vdd not detected. Please ensure the target device is connected.

Has anyone gone through this experience know what this could be? PIC defect or short circuit on the board?

Thank you!

I just found out what was going on.

The circuit that records correctly, the display is connected and screwed directly to the PCB.

The circuit that does not record, was without display, the display is on portB, I just connected the display and the recording worked.

I'm new to programming, sorry for the lack of knowledge.

Or is there still a question?
