Does anyone know where to get programmer which support PIC16F627A. Some programmers like the ICprog only support, PIC16F627.

You should use WinPic800 instead Ic-prog. This program supports 16F627A and may work with several programmers, like JDM for example. You can find it on this link **broken link removed**

both PIC16F627 & PIC16F627A are supported

you can burn the 627A normally at ICProg as a 628A. It will occur an error at the verification of address 0400h. That's because the 627A's program memory ends there, only 628A and 648A have the rest of the memory that's verified.

Anyway, the burning proceeds exactly the same for both PIC's.
