Can someone help me?
I have some problem when i design a circuit but I don't know where is the problem.
this is my protues image.

Q2 is connected backwards. Its emitter should be connected to VCC not its collector since it is a PNP.

I do not think that the collector of Q1 should be connected to the relay since maybe Q2 is supposed to turn on the relay instead.

The input voltages of the 741 opamp are too close to its VCC voltage. Is the opamp supposed to be an oscillator?
