Dear all,
i need help in designinig a power supply of 5v with 1a current.
Please help me out for the calculations on rectifier and filter for the circuit.
Finally even for limiting resistor i need the calculation.
 

Hi MOHANMMED.
You should write Input Specifications. DC input ? AC100V? AC200V?
And how match efficiency do you need? It's needed to decide topology. Switching PS or Linear PS?
