Positive buck-boost converter

HI

am doing project on digital combination of buck-boost converter to control positive buck boost converter.

my ref voltage is 5v,L=100microH ,C=620microF ,R=50 ohms

when i am simulating by giving it 3v its giving an voltage of 4.2
when i am simulating by giving it 5v its giving an voltage of 4.2
when i am simulating by giving it 7v its giving an voltage of 5.3


sir can u help me in rectifying the circuit......ill be grateful to u sir
