do not know how to start writing the program, is there a template i can follow?
the program has to be in C
the program for transmission using infrared NEC protocol.
using a silicon labs C8051F226
i am simulating an IR remote activated by motion sensor to send 2 different binary codes.
Besides that, it will send another 2 more binary codes at certain timing of the day.
Carrier frequency of 38kHz
24 MHz crystal

Design a remote control that allows the air-conditioner to
Turn on at 0830
Turn off at 1830
Increase the temperature to 25 degrees when motion is not detected for 10mins
Decrease the temperature to 22 degrees when motion is detected
