Please help about class E cmos power amplifier

I have designed a 950 MHZ cmos class E power amplifier. Now i have drawn the schenatic on taner tools. can anyone tell me how to get value of output power (to standard load of antenna i.e 50 ohm)for a given frequency. Actually i want ot get the power vs frequency graph and PAE vs freqency graph to show that output power and PAE are maximum at 950 MHZ. please help in detail.
