Hello !
I am missing the 25-pin interface cable for my GALEP-2 EPROM programmer.
I already browsed the web for two days without success and asked the manufacturer, but no answer yet.

It would be nice, if somebody could post the pinout so I can build a new cable.
Or is this a standard cable I can buy somewhere ?
Laplink-cable ?

I do not want to damage my hardware with a wrong cable, so I did not test anything yet.

The GALEP-3 also got a 25-pin connector. So maybe it has got the same pinout...

Thanks,
Leif

I'm still searching, so any help would be appreciated.

I noticed that the Galep 4 also got a parallel interface.
So maybe this version also got the same interface cable.

Thanks,
Leif

It's a simple 1:1 25-pin sub-d cable. (In contrast to Laplink parallel, that's crossing some signals).

Thank you very much for your help.

Actually the manufacturer also confirmed this a few hours later.
After having contacted the american division as well.
So your information should be correct.

Sometimes things are just too easy to believe :)
But I did not want to blow up my computer or Programmer.

I will try it. In case it does not work I will post again.
But I think this problem should be solved now.
