pin configuration diffrence

Hello sir

i ve a phototransistor i got today but having doubt with pin configurations as the dealer had no idea but he told that it may be diffrent for this type

so please help me in finding out pin details cause no number is given

I though this is not a photo transistor, may be this is an infra red receiver.
But why don't you check it just like a transistor?

ya ya its an infra red rcvr but i dnt knw how to check i used one with a metal cap so many times but its a new one i encountered so please tell me the procedure . . thaxx

commonly the pin out is (looking from front side) gnd-vcc-out
