pic18f4550 example code

Hi, I need an code example for PIC18F4550 to activate all the I/O ports (running light). If you have it in C-code, please explain to me how to convert it to hex-code using MPLAB IDE.

I am using CUI circuit and I have a working bootloader. I want to see my I/O ports lit the LEDs, please help me.
