PFC boost diode...Heatsink connection?

Hi,
With a Boost PFC, would you prefer to connect the Boost diode heatsink to primary ground or Vout? (As you know the diode tab is cathode and cathode is connected to vout anyway...so it sounds a good idea to connect the heatsink to vout?).
Speaking of noise and EMC reasons.
