Hello!
I have a question.
How do different parameters of the SHA act with performance of ADC? For example, how switching transient and setteling time affect on parameters of ADC?

Your SHA accuracy must be higher than ADC resolution.
Such as Settling error must be lees than +-1/2LSB.

Hi!If you are using a pipeline or cyclic ADC structure, the noise performance of the S/H is the most important to the overall ADC noise performance.that means the KT/C noise as well as the OPAMP noise must be less than the ADC quantization noise.
