someone please tell me the order of gate current and drain current in a MOSFET

MOSFET drain current can vary from hundred of micro amperes (MOSFET in a IC) to tens of amperes (for power MOSFET). Gate current is said to be nearly zero as gate is isolated by insulator but there is some current due tunneling through insulator but it is very small.
