For simulation purposes will polarized and non polarized capacitors matter.

I am looking for PSpice templates for all the discrete components.

any help appreciated.

I am actually looking at exact OrCAD PSpice templates to enter in parts so it can be simulated

The built-in SPICE capacitor model has parameters for linear and quadratic temperature and voltage coefficients. Everything else has to be implemented by macro models. You can review the PSpice Reference Guide for details.
