Noise Figure of LNA when hign-temperature operation

But I have made NF=NFmin at normal temperature(27C), and I find NF is approximate to NFmin at high temperature(125C). The NF rises
about 0.6dB.
If the LNA is operating on both, low and high temperature, one thing that you can do is to make a compromise, and do the NF matching somewhere between temperatures.
