i am having an 93c46 ATMEL EEPROM, can this IC be copied to another blank EEPROM without knowing Hex code, if yes then how.
or is there posibility to know the hex code.

Hi,
Yes you can copy the hex file into another EEPROM using programmers for such devices. Some of the microcontroller programmers can program, read and copy such devices also.

You need to find a Universal Programmer that is compatible with that IC. You'll need to also get the appropriate adapters for the IC.

These usually allow you to read the memory of a programmed device and store it to a file (such as .hex) which can subsequently be written to another device.

These devices can be easily read and written by PonyProg

FvM is correct

Pony prog is easy to use. just read eeprom, save that file.

Now you can make any number of copies you want.

Nandhu
