Thyristor

thyrsitor is an electronic device,
you find any information abouat it in power electronic book like as "rashid"
3 parameter important in choosing SCR
1-I.F or forwarding current
2-PIV peak inverse voltage
3-freqency of operation
if you have a part number, search in the internet and find these parameter then go to electronic device shop and order the device or use the www.farnel.com
