Hi! I am a fresh Engineer. I am working on a project on Speex for speech compression. I need Speex Encoder & Decoder detailed information. Actually i need to code Speex encoder & Speex decorder in VHDL and then download it on Virtex-II Pro for implementing my results......Can any1 please provide me information for Speex encoder & decoder? Any info., links, specially code in VHDL or other help would be greatly appreciated!!! Please help....& thanks in advance...
